Luna’s Stories is run by Prakhar Gupta. By using it you agree to these terms. They are a plain-language draft and should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

Who it is for

The app is for parents and carers, who are the account holders. Children listen with an adult. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

Your content

Names, voice recordings and story ideas you add stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the app for your family. Only record your own voice, or the voice of someone who has agreed.

Stories

Stories are for private, non-commercial family use. Stories written by AI are checked for gentleness, but please read them before telling them. Religious and traditional tales are retold for children and are not scholarly sources.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, when offered, renew automatically through your app store until cancelled, and you manage or cancel them in your store account. Prices and renewal terms are shown before you buy. Refunds follow the store’s rules.

Limits

The app is provided as is. We may change or stop features, and may suspend accounts that misuse the service (for example by trying to run up costs or by uploading someone else’s voice). Nothing here limits rights you have under the law.
